lettuce and leafy greens such as iceberg and romaine which are among the
most widely sold fresh-cut products in the world. At the same time they
present a special challenge in terms of browning and microbial growth
throughout the storage period. O Plus Lettuce adds 6-8 days of shelf-life to
MAP packaged lettuce varieties.
