apples and other kinds of fruit for up to 21 days. It is concentrated in
powder form for peeled, cut & sliced produce and it is an anti-oxidant
to help prevent enzymatic and bacteriological processes, like brown or
blue discoloration in fruits. Typical applications include retail snacks,
pre-cut apples for restaurants, caterers, bakeries, and dried or frozen
apples.
